The OXIM Group 1 Left Hand Rotation Hydraulic Gear Pump converts mechanical rotational energy from an electric motor or internal combustion engine into hydraulic energy (oil flow and pressure). It is a compact but high-performance component designed for smaller hydraulic systems.
Explanation of Technical Specifications
  • (GROUP 1): Indicates the physical frame size and displacement range (typically between 1.2 cc and 6 cc per revolution). This means it is built for small-scale, space-saving systems.
  • Left Rotation (CCW): Specifies that the pump shaft must rotate counter-clockwise (when looking directly at the shaft) to correctly suck and push the oil. It must match the rotation direction of your driving motor or Power Take-Off (PTO).
  • MAX RPM 4000-3600-3000: These are the maximum safe rotational speeds per minute, depending on the specific cc displacement of the model. Smaller displacement models can handle up to 4000 RPM, while larger ones within Group 1 top out at 3000 RPM.
  • MAX BAR 200: This means the pump can safely generate a maximum working pressure of up to 200 Bar (approx. 2900 PSI). This falls into the medium-to-high pressure category.
What Does It Do and Where Is It Used?
These compact, high-RPM pumps are primarily installed on mini/micro hydraulic power packs or mobile machinery to operate various hydraulic cylinders and motors.
  • Mini Dump Trucks and Tail Lifts: Powering truck bed lifts, wheelchair ramps, or small vehicle tailgate lifters.
  • Agricultural Machinery: Operating auxiliary hydraulic arms, sprayers, or small attachment mechanisms on tractors.
  • Industrial Small Presses and Scissor Lifts: Powering factory workshop assembly presses, dock levelers, and scissor lift platforms.
  • Mobile Hydraulic Equipment: Driving the control valves on car tow trucks, street sweepers, or mini excavators.
