This product list consists of pneumatic manifold blocks (also known as valve plates) manufactured by EXPFLEX, designed to assemble and centrally supply air to 1/8" size 5/2-way (5 ports, 2 positions) directional control valves.
The codes in your list indicate how many valves (stations) can be mounted side-by-side on a single manifold block:
  • 100M: Specifies the body or series type of the manifold.
  • 2F to 10F: Indicates the number of stations (valve capacity). For example, 2F is a 2-station (double) manifold, 5F is a 5-station manifold, and 100M 10F is a 10-station manifold.
  • 1/8: Represents the thread connection size of 1/8" (G 1/8) for the valves and air ports.
Purpose and Benefits of a Valve Manifold
  • Centralized Air Supply: Instead of running individual air supply lines to each valve, a single main air line is connected to the manifold block, which automatically distributes air to all mounted valves.
  • Compact and Organized Design: It eliminates messy tubing inside the machine or control panel, keeping the valves neatly lined up to save valuable space.
  • Simplified Maintenance: If a valve malfunctions, it can be easily unscrewed and replaced without disconnecting the pneumatic tubing of the other running valves.
  • Common Exhaust Collection: The exhaust air from all valves is combined into common internal channels within the block. This allows you to use just one or two silencers (mufflers) for the entire block to effectively reduce noise.

  • 5/2-Way Valve: A standard industrial valve with 5 ports and 2 positions, typically used to control double-acting pneumatic cylinders (moving pistons forward and backward).

Return & Exchange Conditions
