The EXPFLEX AC Series Square Type Triple Air Preparation Unit is an integrated FRL system designed to clean, regulate, and lubricate compressed air. It protects downstream pneumatic components like valves and cylinders to extend their service life.

  • Square Body Design: Offers a compact footprint, easy modular mounting, and a modern industrial profile.
  • Filtration Rating: Standard 25 micron element successfully traps water droplets and airborne particles.
  • Operating Pressure: Maximum operating pressure of 1.0 MPa (10 Bar), with a regulation adjustment range of 0.05 to 0.85 MPa.
  • Proof Pressure: Safety test limit is rated up to 1.5 MPa (15 Bar).
  • Ambient Temperature: Operates safely within a standard temperature range of plus 5 to plus 60 degrees Celsius.
Model Variants By Port Size
Select the correct model based on your main air line pipe size or hose diameter:
  • Model AC2000-02: 1/4 inch port size, approximately 500 Liters/minute rated flow. Suitable for small machinery and localized air drops.
  • Model AC3000-03: 3/8 inch port size, approximately 2000 Liters/minute rated flow. Suitable for medium-sized pneumatic fixtures.
  • Model AC4000-04: 1/2 inch port size, approximately 3000 Liters/minute rated flow. Suitable for general factory automation lines.
  • Model AC4000-06: 3/4 inch (small body) port size, approximately 3500 Liters/minute rated flow. Suitable for high-flow machine inlets.
  • Model AC5000-10: 1 inch port size, approximately 5000 Liters/minute rated flow. Suitable for main supply lines and heavy duty industry.

Return & Exchange Conditions
