EXPFLEX Pulse Jet Valve Diaphragms are critical sealing and movement components designed to rapidly discharge compressed air in milliseconds (shock pulsing). They are primarily used in industrial dust collection systems (jet filters), bunkers, and cement or feed plants. Instead of replacing the entire valve body, renewing these diaphragms—which wear out or harden over time—maintains the system's optimal cleaning performance.

Prominent Models & Sizes
  • EXPFLEX MCF 20 - 25 N Diaphragm (3/4" - 1" Size): A single small diaphragm model commonly shared and utilized in small to medium-scale dust collection valves (specifically MCF-20 and MCF-25 models).
  • EXPFLEX MCF 40 Diaphragm (1 1/2" Size): A larger diaphragm model engineered with higher flow rate resistance, designed for heavy-duty industrial baghouse filter systems requiring massive air volumes.
Technical Specifications & Selection Criteria
  • Material Composition: Fabricated with fabric reinforcement and a metal center core. Depending on the application temperature and environment, they are typically manufactured from high-tensile NBR (Nitrile Rubber) or Viton for high-temperature and chemical resistance.
  • Operating Pressure: Engineered to withstand sudden shock pulsing within standard industrial airline pressures, typically ranging from 0.5 to 7.5 / 8 bar.
  • Performance: Flexible enough to open and close within milliseconds to generate an instantaneous acoustic shock wave, preventing air leaks and reducing overall compressor load.

Return & Exchange Conditions
