OXIM CV Series Modular Type Check Valves are modular circuit components with a maximum working pressure of 210 Bar that allow fluid to flow in only one direction and strictly block reverse flow in hydraulic systems.
These valves are designed in accordance with CETOP standards and feature a "sandwich type" structure that can be easily stacked (in blocks) directly underneath hydraulic directional control valves.
Key Technical Specifications
  • Maximum Working Pressure: 210 Bar.
  • Design Type: Modular (Sandwich) Type / CETOP Standard.
  • Body Sizes: Generally produced in NG6 (CETOP 3) and NG10 (CETOP 5) sizes.
  • Standard Cracking Pressure: Usually equipped with a 0.5 Bar spring as factory standard (The valve opens as soon as the system pressure exceeds this value).
Intended Use and Functions
  • Line Locking: Prevents unintended fluid backflow to keep cylinders or motors stable under load.
  • Backpressure Generation: Creates a specific holding (pre-tension) pressure in hydraulic circuits.
  • By-pass Lines: Connected in parallel with throttle (speed control) valves to restrict flow in one direction while allowing free flow in the reverse direction.
  • Pump Protection: Prevents sudden pressure shocks from returning to and damaging the hydraulic pump.
Line Configurations
Depending on your system requirements, OXIM modular check valves can be positioned on different lines:
  • CV-02M-A: Provides one-way flow on the A line only.
  • CV-02M-B: Provides one-way flow on the B line only.
  • CV-02M-P: Protects the main pressure (P) line.
  • CV-02M-T: Creates backpressure on the tank (T) return line.
