Duplomatic MS (formerly Duplomatic Oleodinamica) provides various Unloading Valves designed to bypass pump flow to the tank when a specific pressure is reached.
1. Automatic Unloading Valves (RQ*-P Series)
These are specifically used in circuits with accumulators. They automatically divert the pump flow to the tank when the accumulator reaches the set pressure.
  • Key Models: RQ3-P (NG10), RQA5-P (NG25), RQA7-P (NG32).
  • Function: They remain open until the system pressure drops to a certain percentage (differential) of the setting, ensuring efficient energy management.
2. Solenoid-Operated Unloading Valves (RQ*M-P Series)
These valves combine a relief valve function with an electric command.
  • Mechanism: By energizing or de-energizing the solenoid, you can manually or automatically unload the pump.
  • Application: Used in complex hydraulic power units where remote control of the unloading cycle is required.
3. Modular Unloading Valves (U*-P Series)
Designed for stackable (CETOP) mounting, these are compact and save space on the manifold.
  • U3-P: Generally used for flow rates up to 75 l/min.
  • U5-P: Suitable for higher flows up to 150 l/min.
