OXIM DZ Series pressure sequence valves are subplate-mounted hydraulic valves designed to actuate multiple hydraulic components (like cylinders or motors) in a specific, consecutive order based on system pressure. The 75–210 bar specification represents the adjustable working pressure range of the internal spring.

Working Principle and Application
The valve remains closed until the primary circuit pressure reaches your preset value (e.g., 150 bar). Once this threshold is crossed, the valve opens, allowing hydraulic oil to flow to the secondary circuit to trigger the next action.

  • Practical Example: In a hydraulic bailing press, Cylinder A first moves down to clamp the material. Once clamping is complete and the system pressure hits the set limit within the 75–210 bar range, the DZ sequence valve opens automatically to send oil to Cylinder B, which performs the final crushing or cutting action.
