EXPFLEX FG SERIES ISO VALVES
These are high-performance directional control valves compliant with ISO standards, used in industrial automation and pneumatic systems to control the direction and flow of compressed air.
Thanks to their international standard baseplate designs, these valves can be easily installed or removed without disrupting the system lines during maintenance, and they offer 100% interchangeability with baseplates of different brands.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
  • Valve Function: They feature a standard 5/2 (5 Ways / 2 Positions) function, making them ideal for managing the forward and backward movements of double-acting pneumatic cylinders.
  • Connection Sizes and ISO Classes: Available in 3 different ISO baseplate sizes depending on your required airflow capacity:
    • ISO-1: 1/2 inch Connection Size
    • ISO-2: 3/4 inch Connection Size
    • ISO-3: 1 inch Connection Size
  • Solenoid Options: Two main electrically controlled models stand out based on your operation scenario:
    • Single Solenoid (Spring Return): The valve shifts position when an electrical signal is received and returns to its original position via spring force when the signal is cut.
    • Double Solenoid (Memory): A momentary signal to one of the solenoids is enough to shift the valve. It maintains its last position even when the signal is cut, until the other solenoid receives current.

Return & Exchange Conditions
