EXPFLEX KAM Series Check Valves are inline auxiliary circuit elements designed to ensure unidirectional flow of compressed air in industrial pneumatic systems and prevent backflow. These valves prevent the line from draining backward when system pressure drops, protecting critical equipment like compressors and cylinders.
Key Features
  • Unidirectional Flow: They pass air forward from the inlet side and strictly block it from the reverse direction. There is an arrow mark on the body indicating the flow direction.
  • Broad Compatibility: They integrate seamlessly with all standard coil and valve equipment, including solenoid valves, pneumatic pistons, valves, and cylinders.
  • Application Areas: Widely preferred in automation systems such as mask manufacturing machinery, textile machines, box/bottle/cup filling lines, and plastic product sorting lines.
KAM Series Models and Size Options
Variants available based on your system's pipe or hose connection size include:
Model CodeThread SizeCommon Application Area
KAM 03M5Very small-scale, precision pneumatic lines
KAM 061/8"Micro cylinders and tight-space control blocks
KAM 081/4"Most common standard industrial pneumatic lines
KAM 103/8"Medium-to-high flow air lines and steering systems
KAM 151/2"Main lines and powerful piston feeds requiring high air flow

When choosing the right model for your project, you should consider your system's maximum working pressure and connection size (inch/thread).
