OXİM MBRV Series Modular Pressure Reducing Valves are sandwich-plate (cetop) type hydraulic control components designed to maintain a lower, constant pressure in a specific sub-line while the main system operates at higher pressures.
The 70-210 Bar specification indicates the adjustable spring pressure range, which can be precisely set using the adjustment screw or hand knob on the valve.
Key Technical Features
  • Modular Design: Mounted directly between blocks in a sandwich configuration, eliminating the need for complex piping.
  • Precise Pressure Control: Maintains a stable downstream pressure regardless of main system fluctuations using direct-acting or pilot-operated mechanisms.
  • Wide Adjustment Range: Allows for precise pressure setting between a minimum of 70 Bar and a maximum of 210 Bar.
  • Line Options: Available in different configurations to control pressure on the P, A, or B lines depending on the application.
Model and Size Variations
OXİM MBRV series valves are categorized into two main frame sizes based on flow capacity and CETOP standards:
Model CodeNominal SizeConnection StandardMax Flow CapacityControlled Line
MBRV-02NG 6CETOP 3~40 L/minP, A, or B Line
MBRV-03NG 10CETOP 5~70 L/minP, A, or B Line
Common Applications

  • Workpiece clamping circuits (where lower pressure is required to prevent material deformation).
  • Pilot control lines in hydraulic presses.
  • Precision torque control for hydraulic motor drives.
  • Secondary control circuits in mobile hydraulic machinery.
