EXPFLEX OR-MAXI Series 16 Bar Large Body Regulator is an industrial pressure control device designed to reduce and stabilize high air pressure in pneumatic systems. It is used in main air lines and heavy-duty applications that require high flow rates.
Operating safely up to a maximum inlet pressure of 16 bar, this product offers high air flow capacity thanks to its MAXI (large body) structure. It typically comes with wide connection sizes such as 3/4 inch or 1 inch to fit main piping lines. The adjustment mechanism on top allows the outlet pressure to be set precisely and locked into place.
The primary purpose of this device is to balance the fluctuating pressure coming from the compressor, thereby protecting connected pneumatic valves, cylinders, and machinery from overpressure damage. It also prevents air waste by ensuring the system consumes only the required amount of air, which reduces the energy costs of the compressor.
