Working Principle and Function
  • Electromagnetic Control: When electrical energy is applied to the coil, it creates a magnetic field. This magnetic field pulls the internal plunger (piston) of the valve to open or close the passage of the fluid (air, water, oil, etc.).
  • Plug-in Connection Advantage: Being a "plug-in" or "socket" type means the electrical cable connection is made via a standard plug (usually DIN 43650 standards) in a plug-and-play manner. This allows users to quickly replace the coil by simply removing the plug instead of disconnecting individual wires during maintenance.

  • Inner Diameter and Height: The inner diameter (e.g., 9mm, 10mm, 13mm, etc.) and height must match precisely in millimeters so the coil fits correctly onto the valve guide (armature tube).
  • Protection Class: They generally feature an IP65 or higher protection rating to withstand dust and water in industrial environments.
