2. Cetop 3 vs. Cetop 5
These names refer to the mounting interface standard (ISO 4401):
  • Cetop 3 (NG6): The smaller industry standard. It typically handles flow rates up to 60–80 L/min. Ideal for compact machinery.
  • Cetop 5 (NG10): The larger version for higher power. It handles flow rates up to 100–120 L/min and higher pressure drops. Used in heavy-duty industrial presses and large equipment.
3. Key Technical Functions
  • Meter-In vs. Meter-Out: You can configure these to control the oil entering the cylinder (meter-in) or the oil leaving the cylinder (meter-out). Meter-out is generally preferred for better stability against "runaway" loads.
  • Independent Adjustment: Most models allow you to adjust the speed of the A port and B port independently using a calibrated knob or a screw.
  • Built-in Check Valve: They usually feature an integrated bypass check valve. This allows controlled flow in one direction and free (unrestricted) flow in the opposite direction.
