Description:

The BLV-S222B and BLV-S322B Series are heavy-duty 2/2-way ball valves designed for demanding industrial applications. Featuring a full bore and a 3-piece body, these valves are available in SS304 or SS316 stainless steel, offering high durability, easy maintenance, and maximum flow capacity. They are ideally suited for use in environments involving aggressive chemicals, high pressure, and wide temperature variations.

Type: 2/2 Way

These valves have two ports and two positions, allowing for simple on/off flow control. They are commonly used in pipelines to either fully allow or completely shut off the flow of liquids or gases—an effective and straightforward solution for isolation.

Size: 1/4" – 4" Threaded / BSPP (G)

Available in sizes from 1/4 inch to 4 inches, with BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel) threaded ends. BSPP is widely used across Europe and Turkey and provides excellent sealing performance when used with appropriate gaskets.

Valve Body: SS304 or SS316, Full Bore, 3-Piece Design

Material Options:

  • SS304: Offers good corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.

  • SS316: Contains molybdenum, providing enhanced resistance to aggressive chemicals and saltwater—ideal for marine and chemical processing applications.

Full Bore Design:
The internal diameter of the valve matches that of the pipeline, minimizing pressure drop and allowing unrestricted flow.

3-Piece Construction:
The three-piece design enables easy internal cleaning, maintenance, and part replacement without removing the valve from the pipeline.

Operating Temperature: -50°C to +210°C

Suitable for a wide temperature range—from cryogenic conditions to high-temperature systems. PTFE seals ensure long-lasting performance and reliability even under extreme temperature fluctuations.

Operating Pressure: PN63

The PN63 pressure rating indicates the valve is capable of withstanding continuous operating pressures up to 63 bar (~900 psi), making it reliable for high-pressure industrial systems.

Sealing Material: PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)

PTFE (commonly known as Teflon) provides:

  • Exceptional chemical and corrosion resistance

  • High thermal stability

  • Low friction coefficient (non-stick, self-lubricating)

  • Complete water and moisture resistance

  • No hardening or deformation over time

Return & Exchange Conditions
